Take Time To Breath
In life, we accumulate a series of experiences that helps our soul to evolve to the next level. From time to time we reflect on what we have been through and go through the process of emotions that come with these experiences. Our tendency is to evaluate and simply reflect on what we have been through and what we have learned. This inward site into what we can no longer see with our eyes allows us to feel our soul. The inner most core of who you are is the soul. To put it simply, the deepest part of you is the soul. As we continue to develop our personality and ego, the soul takes a back seat so to speak. With a busy life style, the soul part of you, the reflective part of you is forgotten.
When we take a moment to quite our minds, it becomes easy to feel our emotions. Our instinct and intuition become strengthened. It is through the stillness that you will feel your soul come alive. Quite your mind by meditation, where you listen to peaceful music. Turn off your cell phone and tablet. No communication from out side sources and then you can take the time to shut off your mind. To not think about that project you have a dead line for. You take the time for this if only 5 minutes per day and you will see a significant change in your life. You will be able to deal with life in a calmer manner. Things in life become easier to deal with when you take the time to quite your mind. When you are finished with the meditation. Take a minute or so to write down in a journal and inner reflect on what you have discovered through your journey of meditation. Do this process daily and you will be in touch with the reflection of your soul.
